New Report Shows Iowans Are Driving Less

Iowans have cut their per-person driving miles by 2.47 percent since 2005, while the nation’s long term driving boom appears to have ended, according to a new report from the Iowa PIRG Education Fund.  This trails the national average decline of 6.87%.
